This includes kitchens, bathrooms, all living areas and bedrooms: counters and surfaces wiped down, dusting throughout, floors vacuumed, swept, and mopped, bathroom fully scrubbed, and everything reset to a clean baseline.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes – cleaners arrive fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning supplies and essential equipment needed for a for a great clean and apartment reset, including vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths, scrubbers, surface disinfectants, gloves, trash bags, and other essentials.
Who will be cleaning my home?
Our team consists of trusted, local cleaning professionals who are hand-selected for reliability and professionalism. All cleaners are held to the same Bedford Standard, and undergo background checks, identity verification, and quality-reviews. We only work with people we’d trust in our own homes — professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely great at what they do.
Can I add laundry later?
Yes. Laundry is easiest to add once your cleaning rhythm is set. Your cleaner is already there, just ask for laundry and we will collect it on the way out. You can also request laundry by texting us at (929) 383-5579.
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
That is the goal for recurring customers. Same cleaner, better trust, better preferences, better results. In the event of scheduling conflicts, rest assured, you will be matched with a Bedford-vetted cleaner who has your notes on file.

Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes – you may reschedule, skip, or cancel your cleaning at any time up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, to avoid a late cancellation fee. You can also skip/cancel cleanings by clicking the “Manage Booking” button in your confirmation emails, or texting/emailing us.
